"Since no one was going to re-shelve it, I thought I might as well.
If anyone ever came back, at least they'd be able to find the books they were looking for.
I put the book back on the shelf, in the 'science fiction' section."
I've decided.
Protagonist person is now named Nageki.

Afternoon!

NAGEKI THIRSTS FOR KNOWLEDGE.
"The headline was something about the military-- some investigation.
I studied it carefully, but didn't quite have the context to make sense of it.
Still, I committed the details to memory. Perhaps it would be the last headline, I thought."
Sadly, Nageki did not mention if there were any mentions of the avian flu or anything like that.

Evening!

"Flipping through them, I realized I'd spent much more time drawing weird, angry faces than actually writing down Spanish verbs and nouns."
We are the best Spanish student. It is us.
"But there were a few in there. I thought I might as well brush up. Maybe become the only Spanish-speaking person in the city...

The second day, at the library again

It was a story set in Chicago, where I grew up. I flipped through the book looking for familiar street names.

When I was young, I'd listen to the radio~ Waiting for my favorite song~ When they played, I'd sing along, it made me smiiiile~

But it was just interference."
And Nageki is still pretty chill with this.

To the park!

With no one there to operate them, the park was turning into a swamp."
And that's not a depressing prospect at all.

By the way I'm truly sorry but according to my dad we're leaving tomorrow, not today, so today was spent fixing stuff up and preparing for tomorrow's departure some more. Tomorrow I'm gonna be travelling all day and staying at a hotel. I should be in bed right now. So, uh, sorry.

Indoors it is! Library, cleaning someone else's house, and then more Spanish!

And with a heavy heart, Nageki kisses the counter adieu. "Good-bye, mon amour," he whispers and shuts the door as he leaves.

We've only played, what, a week or two but Nageki can't even remember television anymore.

That was so cute, romantic and fluffy! The love interests are so pretty, and there are so many of them!
