Incomprehensibly AWESOME. Robot Jox for the new millennium.
That's a cool gif. In general people (eg in normal cars) who don't shovel/brush a bunch of snow off of their roofs are one of the more visible species of epic assholes one runs into in everyday (winter) life. Lazy and irresponsible and hard to wrap one's head around.
I'm with you there. I quickly realized in my first winter in Minnesota last year how much I disliked "those" cars, and began to brush mine off always now.
I don't understand asian car models trying to be cute while miming...
crude. i don't care, i'm partyin' hard.
It's not the sniffing, but the checking the consistency that makes this gif. Gross.
I don't get it. Is pretending to burp a thing where they are?
I don't really get it either, but I have a horrible suspicion there is some form of not right connotation around "swallowing".
Interesting contrasts between similar gifs.
Not funny at all. Gives me a sad.
I have seen my own kid do this at least a couple of times. Had to stifle a gufaw both times.
It's worth noting that other forms of the gif include the aftermath where she sits up looking dazed but unharmed, making it more 3 Stooges than psychotic.
Kids? I do that all the time.
At long last, someone won the thread. This person happens to be
Nute for his star wars dog-Tatooine-creature gifs.
Bantha-Pug is the perfect pet costume.
Can somebody explain to me why so many people think that a Star Wars reference makes everything funny/clever/not tedious?
Star Wars is a pop culture touchstone and most people can easily recognize when something from it is used in parody or some weird context. The level of funny and/or clever can vary and may be a matter of personal taste.
Oh, I understand that it is a pop culture touchstone, but I can't see its constant and repeated use as anything other than lazy and boring and not funny. Oh, look, (yet another) cat in an ewok costume! an Imperial Stormtrooper mailman! Yawn.
Yeah, that's the whole personal taste part.
Also to stay on topic, here is a Star Wars animated gif:
Good thing this isn't the "funny and/or clever animated gif thread."
Perhaps we should petition to have it renamed to "Complaining About Animated Gifs".
UGH IT WAS A CUTE PUG IN A CUTE/REFERENTIAL COSTUME! Why does it need explaining? CUTE IS CUTE.
Why don't you show us the awesome pet costume that you came up with, so we can have a point of reference?
Did I mention that I'm not too keen on yet another dog image?
Cats, though, are the bestest!
