Indeed. That's what the lower black tool is for.
This is the post for liking that Major Icehole liked the original post.
From what I recall, this is correct. The tension wrench is used to rotate the tumbler ever so slightly so that when you pick the rods they stick in place.
For all of you that enjoy rustling jimmies. (NWS) (Sort of)

NOT AN ANIMATED GIF
Hey look at all the likes you got!
But he doesn't get hurt?!?
I think we need to see the outtakes reel.
Dr. IGA is the best. They didn't even try.
I'm disappointed they didn't use the Wegman's house brand for W. Dr. W was the shit.
Bah, incomplete without Mister Pibb.
Mr. Pibb does not meet the requirements for the GIF. Presumably he merely has a bachelor's degree, or perhaps an MBA.
I'm with Oz. Mr. Pibb is the bomb diggity.
Failing that, I guess I'd have to go with Dr. Thunder.
I hope there's an actual physician named Dr. Gulpster.
With its eyes on the sides of its head and large ears, you would think the light furred rabbit would have seen and heard the dark furred rabbit running towards it.
can't... stop... watching...
It amused me that on the likes was 'Major Icehole'
sorry, already commented on, ah well, can't have it all.
That lady is a badass. A bit too much weight on the front foot, but generally an admirably stable stance, and an impressively quick closing of distance, with front arm in a position to both protect and attack.
Is this what love feels like?
I was bummed out for no Dr. Diablo, the ripoff from Shasta. But they already had a Dr. D in the pic. :(
Boooo. If you're going to go to all the trouble making such a clip, why not make it accurate?
Because if it was actually to scale then it would either have a resolution of ten gajillion by ten gajillion or each planet would be smaller than one subpixel on an LCD.
Oh it's not the scale I'm talking about, but the direction of motion of the sun relative to the plane of the planets, and the speed with which it travels relative to their orbits. Those are both way off.
So you want it accurate in some ways but not in others. Good.
