Yeah, it could be 50% off later, but if you are itching for it and have Thanksgiving holidays ahead of you...
Yes, in the long term. No, in the short term. Edit: I got the Deluxe Gold edition for $7.49 back in April from Gamersgate.
There's loads of Steam stuff at 50% that doesn't seem to be shown elsewhere - just from my wishlist: GTA 4 (+expansions) TW: Shogun 2 LotR: War in the North Dead Island WH40K: Space Marine
Ya know, I still don't have AoE III and it is 75% off....now, would I actually play it? Also, I think it is time to get the AoW pack at 50% off after skipping it during the last holiday sale.
Hegemony Gold is -75 %, I've heard a lot of good things about it, so even if RTSes aren't my cup of tea I'll give it a try.
Zeno Clash is $1. Don't miss your chance to show Father-Mother that stealing babies and replacing them with piglets is wrong!
I'm debating whether to stick with my plan and put X-COM on the Christmas list, or to say screw it and let Uncle Sam buy it for me.
How will Uncle Sam buy it for you? I hope you're not going to suggest that the government is giving you their money when they refund the excess taxes you've paid.
Still the best city builder game I've played since Settlers 2 or the Tilted Mill games, though it has been on sale for cheaper.
A couple of Steam deals on second tier action RPGs: Cursed Crusade is 80% off at $5.99, cheapest I've seen it yet. Garshasp : Monster Slayer and it's expansion are 75% off at $1.25 each. The First Templar is 75% off at $4.99 I own First Templar, and while it's no Witcher it's worth $5 for the story and atmosphere alone. It's not a typical RPG, you can only play with the preset characters and advancement is by choosing to improve certain traits. Still, it's entertaining and the combat is a unique mechanic that I found to be fun. I have no experience with Garshasp games or Cursed Crusade, though the latter was on my watchlist so will likely be purchased come the final day of the sale.
Yes, play both with me. ;) Kicking myself for not getting that Settlers 7 on Gamersgate earlier. I had forgotten that Bruce Shelley was involved.
I like how the Witcher 2 is $11.99. The strategy guide is $7.99. But get them together and they are $23.99. Watch out for that.
Careful; it's a personal rule that I don't buy anything from the Steam sale unless it's a daily deal or a flash deal, until it's the last day of the sale. Never know what might pop up.
New deals are: Dead island 66% Train Simulator 2013 66% Rage 75% Just gifted my husband Rage, I know he was looking at it and I'm sure he'll get his €4.99 worth out of it :)
Stardock's Thanksgiving Sales. Their stuff is "Up to 50% off" at Gamestop and/or Steam. Fallen Enchantress is 33% off for those of you that have been waiting for a sale. Click to enlarge thumbnail.
GMG has Max Payne 3 for €9.99, it doesn't seem to be a Steam game though: http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/ie/en/pc/games/action/max-payne-3/
So many people posting bargains. I feel like I can retire now. All right, one last bargain: Gamersgate's Daily Thanksgiving Foursome for November 22 is: Swords & Soldiers $2.49 (75% off) Just Cause 2 Complete Edition $6.25 (75% off) Batman: Arham Asylum GOTY Edition $4.99 (75% off) Alan Wake $8.98 (70% off)
I agonize over X-com. Picked up Walking Dead, and was about to pull the trigger on X-com, but then thought I should finally download and play Skyrim instead, because I bought that in last year's Christmas sale for $40 knowing that I'd play it before it went lower than that. Yeah, right.
Forza Horizon: $14.99 http://www.microsoftstore.com/store...?ClickID=drmy2x2sxwkrxh0hhxomrsnxxkr0xb2ckhhx
They have a ton of great deals: http://xbox.microsoftstore.com/stor...ESICaching=off&icid=XboxGame_Hero_BlackFriday EDIT: These are selling out fast. For some reason I thought they were digital download codes.
New Steam Daily deals: ArmA II: Combined Operations -50% Portal 2 -75% Max Payne 3 -75% Sleeping Dogs -50% Awesomenauts -66% Prototype 2 -50%
