I'm not into beer in the slightest, so I only listened to a bit of it, but it sounded like y'all were having fun. :)

My wife loved the beer part, and she doesn't drink beer. But she said specifically the tasting portion was interesting to listen to, so yay!

Then again, she's my wife, she could just be flattering my ego.

I have no idea. What I do know is that somehow Turkey is the second country in total downloads, almost overtaking the US. How likely do you think that is? ;)

Obviously some BFers are using a Turkish proxy for some unknown reason.

I just listened to podcast #4, since I was drinking one of the beers tasted (La Fin du Monde). I listened to a bit of the gaming portion, but not much since it's not my sort of game, but I listened to all of the beer part (go figure). Good work Astromarine and RyanMM! Astro, you asked fantastic questions. You're a great interviewer. And Ryan, you were perfectly beer-geeky without being snobby about it, which was what I would expect but it was still nice to hear it instead of just reading your posts. Very cool, guys!

I happened to be listening to the weight-loss segment while walking to the office from Chipotle, burrito in hand. With all the talk of successes and the importance of eating healthy and even the specific mention of something from Chipotle being pretty high calorie, by the time I was at my desk, I resolved to be a better person and ditch my burrito for a salad.

I listened to eps 3 and 5 at work today and it was a lot easier than listening to This American Life ( Mainly because I can download these before work and not have to worry about streaming issues when my workmates ask me stuff ).

I almost fell asleep during Ep3 though because @Riztro's voice is like a comfortable couch on a Sunday afternoon. The massiveness of Ep 5 was pretty much what got me through the last part of my shift. I was a bit sad that quatoria didn't mention the Balls Of Steel days from Eve. The weight loss section was pretty interesting as well because after all these years I finally got to hear what Athryn sounded like. I already knew what Bill Dungsroman sounds like and I am still disappointed that it's nothing like David Letterman.. wait.. I mean glad.

That's weird, nooteh, I could have sworn you heard me on Vent at some point in our Wow-playing days!

It's entirely possible? I'm getting old ( thus the top hat and monocle ) but I'm pretty sure the only American chick I've spoken to over Vent is Union.

Another great show, folks. I had listened to the segment with quatoria and Neopythia on MMOs a couple weeks back but never had the chance to hear the second half with Athryn and Bill Dungsroman until today. Well done all of you.

Yes this was a great episode, both segments. Despite being someone who generally dislikes MMOs, I was fascinated by the discussion.

I quite enjoy listening to the podcast as I browse and I'm rather learning quite a bit from all the differences in subject.
