    Strategy recommendation: Always be killing zombies. If you have less than a 15%ish danger chance, don't bother leaving anyone on guard; more zombie killing is more better.

    I'm mostly putting people on guard duty now because I always forget to, and then I accidentally send everyone out on missions and zombies eat all my farmers.

    I am not very good at Rebuild 2.

    Actually, there are a very few situations in which it's worthwhile to use farmers, but almost never, because scavenging is so much more efficient and effective even including the need to scout.

    Mutter mutter mutter stupid inability to not minmax in every game ever.

    I don't use farmers 90% of the time normally, but some people here wanted peaceful non-combat roles, and I am nothing if not a slave to the people. Now, zombies eating my bartenders, that's a problem.

    The agrarian workers allying with the city bourgeoisie has been the spinal chord of nearly every revolution in known history (except Iran. Poor Skocpol. Really could have timed that paper better). Peaceful noncombatants my foot.
