Nice. I love the No Trespassing sign on the building too. God knows Fun Land doesn't want anyone visiting it.

After posting those pics, I checked the Google Street View of Spencer. As of March 2009, 1) that car was still operable, and 2) sadly, Fun Land was no longer called that, and the headstones (and No Trespassing sign) were gone.

I just didn't want you jetting off to Spencer, in National Lampoon's Vacation fashion, thinking it would still be open. I was just thinking of you.

According to the Internet, Spencer is home to Rambo the giant cat fish, so there is that, at least.

From now on, whenever something goes terribly off-the-rails, instead of describing something as having gone "pear-shaped," I may just say, "Wow, that certainly went to Spencer."
