Hatoful Boyfriend + The Search for Fat Bird's Good End

Every time I go to play Hatoful Boyfriend, I say 'I'll go for [insert name here] this time!'
but then I meet Nageki again
and
i just can't resist

I posted this in the OOC thread for the pokemon rp, but I think I shall leave it here for viewing pleasure, along with a few pictures of our beloved ninja doctor that I believe go with it quite well. (in order of what I think their appearence would be, ofc.)

Just finished this game. A bit late to the party but... Seriously, it was worth every cent.
After reading bits and pieces from the LP I decided to give it a try, because whoever came up with the concept must be a genius. Since I love trashy things, I figured I'd have a good laugh or two.
At the beginning, it was hilarious. Whenever a new character sprite popped up, I used to laugh histerically. And.. That TILE SCREEN. It was impossible to keep a straight face while looking at it.
But then... I played through Nageki's route (which was the first bird I went for, btw), and things went downhill from there. I became entangled in that silly world. So much emotions, epic RPG battles and mysteries.
The BBL route was GOLD. I had my heart broken again and again and again... and it was beautiful. ç_ç I grew fond of every single character. Now I keep replaying endlessly the soundtrack.

...I'll never be able to look at birds the same way again. :<

My first ending was the Romance Moar Noob Bad End.

I did Ryouta first and then I think Sakuya.
I was following a walkthrough to get all the endings in order.
Don't look at me like that, I wanted to play for the story, not the stat raising.

Well, I went for Sakuya first. I... guess I just have a weakness for rich bitch characters. D:

I did Yuuya first. I can't help it, he cracks me up. And then BBL happens and geh.

I didn't figure out how to get Yuuya before I tried going for Fat Bird. Then I got distracted, and ended up romancing Fat Bird after Yuuya. Not sure if this made Fat Bird's present better or not.

I will admit that one of the only reasons I went for him first is because his human poratrait's eyes look like candy.

My first was Shuu (in the demo of course) and first one in the full version was Sakuya. I LOVE defrosting jerks.

I'd heard about Hatoful Boyfriend back when the demo was circulating, decided it sounded cracky enough to give a try, and then life got in the way and I kinda forgot. Actually came to the forums here looking for info about Shall We Date? Heian Love a few days ago. Then I went looking for other otome game info, found this thread full of amazing, and decided to stick around.

I know what I'll be buying when I get paid this week! Also thinking about buying it for a friend who wants to play but is broke, because that's how I roll.

Also! Is it just me, or does Legumetine's seem like a mashup of Valentine's and Setsubun? That was my first thought.

Yeah, I was lying about not going for the personality because that is just the cutest thing about him, even though he can be a little short with Clocoa, but that's what I love about him as well.

I got into Hatoful because of a friend, but I did find these forums because of her LP. :P

I think it was a mistake to read all of this LP in just two days. There aren't enough Sailor Moon gifs in the world for all these feels, so this one will have to do.
