Well, I'm at least going to finish Dornick's route no matter what, because I have it all set up to do so. I already went through the trouble. There is no clue, or visual cue, there is no explanation. When you slide your mouse acrossed the screen, some areas you can examine and the cursor becomes a finger. Someone had to describe to me that spot I pointed to in the picture in extreme detail to find it. Right between the archway and the back fof the chair, your cursor changes. And you can't trigger any red herrings before this point.

I say 'I saw something' because that is the line I didn't screen shot after you click the right place. The game does not help you before that.

Generic humanoid form NPCs are always drawn like that in Zeiva games. They are Mirage's signature 'Dudes.' WHen we do Neody's route, I'll try to screencap the Dude in the forest too.

I am sad that I guessed it wasn't really a murder (i can say that now because we found those vials) the second I saw the picture. I mean, maybe it is one, but I dunno. Something about an actual murder being left to this incredibly simple princess seems off.

Now that you mentioned it, I remembered of the Dudes in... Other Age 2? I think it was there.

Hippos are territorial and very protective of their babies. Also they are herbivores but can bite crocodiles in half. Lesson: no matter how adorable baby hippos are, do NOT try to pet them.

This is a double kick in the nuts for Dornick, if you play the IMaginary Realm games and get their backstory.
