Ah Lee Hi, I hear her album is going to be released soon? She certainly does have a unique voice, but I was wondering when the group she's supposed to be in is going to debut.

You know, believe it or not, I don't think I've heard much of Super Junior's songs. I've heard Don't Don, and Sorry Sorry, but that's it. In Korea, or at least in my school, they were the band that nobody listened to. So... Neither did I, outside of what was blasted on popular street shops and whatnot.

I really hope not, but with the crap that's going on with their damn label...

Super Junior is a LOT more popular outside of Korea than in it, from what I've gathered. Yet they always wind up winning all the awards, so I have no idea...

Suju's albums tend to be hit or miss with me. In their most recent album, the SFS album, I only liked maybe three songs. It doesn't help that I have an unnaturally strong dislike of dubstep and that SM has taken the liberty of using it in a lot of their new songs.

See, the people at my school never really listened to SM, except for DBSK...
(There were, of course, the few males that fetishized SNSD. I stayed far, FAR away from their creepy grins)

So, I'm not acquainted with SM all that much.

(It's kind of hilarious, actually. There apparently were fanwars about BAP, one of the few rookie groups I like and know, and EXO? and people got so confused when BUSKERx2 won best rookie. I learned about the existence of EXO and BAP through these fanwars, incidentally)

Busker Busker isn't as popular out of Korea. I actually never knew about them until these guys mentioned them.

Yeah, I remember hearing something about that! All over tumblr and twitter, EXO and BAP fans were going crazy over who should win best rookie at the Mama awards, if memory serves me correctly. Everyone was really going at it, and some EXO fans got pretty nasty, eesh. Though, it was funny to see their bubbles burst when Busker Busker was announced the winner. Haha.

The whole thing was just odd though. I mean, I get how awards are great to win, but even if the group you love doesn't win - that doesn't make them any less great or demerit them in any way. There are so many awards to be won, so there's always next time. I like BAP and EXO, but the whole thing just made me question EXO fans and it kinda stopped me from learning more about them. Though, the MAMA album is great to listen to in the car.

Kaimeanogo, I heard about Busker and Busker from simonandmartina too! I love their videos.

Also, NU'EST announced their comeback date which is Feb 13th. Along with the announcement, teaser photos of the members were released. Looks like they're going for a darker concept, hopefully they can pull it off.

So it's technically J-Pop and not K-Pop but Daesung from BIGBANG just released the short PV for 'Utautai no Ballad' and as a massive Daesung fangirl I am legally compelled to post it here. It's in my contract.

I think so? I could be wrong. But Wings is also getting a PV so there's so much excitement there.

The PV was okay, and Daesung's voice is just heavenly. I just wish we could've gotten more shots of him, but he looked good! For the, like 2 seconds he was shown.

You guys ... it seems February is the unofficial month for comebacks. All of my favourite groups have planned comebacks in the next few weeks. I'll probably post the MVs once they're released if I manage to survive at all. I thought I'd make a list of all the upcoming comebacks I'm excited for, as a means of organizing myself.

I think I'm mostly excited for NU'EST and SHINee. What upcoming comebacks are you all looking forward to, or anticipating?

Don't expect to see me after the 13th, B.A.P. and NU'EST's comebacks will probably kill me. I don't really follow SHINee or Teen Top so I'm neutral on their comebacks.

2NE1's actual comeback album next month is something I've been waiting a long while for. Besides SHINee, I can't really say I'm anticipating anything new. I still don't know much about the rookie groups and I haven't heard much news about the other groups I like.

NU'EST's comeback looks amazing from what was shown in the teaser video. A nice, slow ballad is great during the winter. B.A.P's MV looks like it's going to be an action movie and it's from the same people who produced 'Warrior'. So, I'm very excited! Aww, that's okay about SHINee and Teen Top. Teen Top is my guilty pleasure group and I'm still new to SHINee but the teaser pictures look interesting so I'm curious to see what they do.
