Feel like I'm missing something here.

I feel like it's only a matter of time before someone decides that they're totally going to make an Ozzo / Alko Boom dating game, starts a group for it in the Social Scene, and then forgets about it in a week.

(p.s. Alko Boom, I was 100% certain your username was Aiko Boom until I tried to tag you and your name didn't show up under @aik. This is completely irrelevant to anything except my mental pronunciation of your name, which was originally something like a weirdly accented version of "I Go Boom." To be fair, that makes total sense to me.)

It's a combination of the first two letters of my first name and the last letters of my last name. The "Boom" is a shortened variation of one of my dogs and my previous username.

That also has happened. It's weird. There are only eight letters and 3 of them are "O" and yet, everyone sees it differently. I actually had to spell out my name on another forum because everyone was getting it wrong.

Well, about half the time someone tries to ping me they forget a letter (not always the same letter! But always just one letter), so I feel you bro.

Also now that we're nine pages into this thread, I feel I should make a slight disclaimer about Linds.

Yeah, he's kind of a creeper. But I don't find him threatening (either to Janet, or as a person in real life) because it's really easy to lose romance meter points with him.

With one exception I can think of, most of the [EDIT: love meter-affecting] choices are either a) increase one boy's love meter over the others, or b) increase one boy's love meter or do nothing. With Linds, most of his choices are either a) flirt with him and increase his love meter, or b) tell him to back off and decrease his love meter. You don't get shoved onto his route without knowing what's going on, and he seems to understand "no means no."

So, yeah, Linds is sexy. Many characters with similar traits are not, but Linds works for me.

I now bring you back to your regularly scheduled derail.

Linds definitely knows No means No. He even gets a little speech about it at some point.

He looked creepier for me the first time I saw him.

Linds' creepily intense gaze is slowly growing on me and I don't know what to think about that.

I'd still much rather smother Rafael with my love than Linds, though.
But Linds is a close second, I must say. The man sure is sexy.
