Hmm... Having the Panda might be bad for a townie though. The extra vote would be great, but it would also make you a big target.

I'm considering "de-electing" myself actually.

I'm sort of leaning towards giving the panda to Pandamonia. Since it makes sense, and all.

Yessss suddenly I'm not too keen to be the first one out on a night kill. I was nervous about voting for someone else because (as this is the first day and we have little to work with) it might imply some intimate knowledge about who's who. So I might be accused being a witch voting for fellow witches, or the witches might suspect that I know another player is definitely a townie and off me to prevent me from using the information.

But with logic like this:

-what could go wrong?

Anyway, the witches will have to be careful when lynch voting, so it wouldn't be disastrous if Pandamonia did turn out to have links with the dark side.

What the hell is this news? A witch wants to eat all out pies? Now even though I voted cake, I never agreed to give up the pies altogether. Fingers crossed we out that witch first.

I watched the bakehouse and all I got was hungry. So I ate a cake.

I worry about the appropriate care of the Panda. I know I would look after it sooooo well, but if everyone says themselves then we end up in a stalemate. I guess Pandamonia would know how to look after Pandas. I shall wait to see if anyone else displays signs of Panda-keeping prowess.

I suppose you're right. He could be just guessing. I don't know how this game is usually played though, so maybe I'm expecting tricks and deceit where there's none? I tend to be a paranoid android at the best of times. :P

I hear you. This is my first time playing a game like this too. I DID read The Thing game, so I picked up a few things from that.

I think everyone is pretty much without information at the moment. Except, presumably, the witches. Short of any other insight I think I will go ahead and Elect:Pandamonia, as that seems to be what most people are plumping for. Still not got a clue who to lynch though.

Yeah, that is always the thing with these games. We outnumber the witches by a ton, but they have the benefit of being able to organize.

I've been unable to raise fauxgirlfriend on any of the usual channels.

Really? Though I guess it's not urgent since we have until Dec 2nd for the end of day deadline. She may just be busy with 'real life' stuff.

What is this 'real life' of which you speak? What could be more pressing than the demands of small village life where the pies are at stake?

How are we going to decide the lynch? Should everyone say something once FauxGirlfriend makes her grand entrance? Does it mater? Are we going to have to randomly pick? I'd be tempted to go No Lynch, but I have heard that is generally a bad idea in these types of games.

Voting No Lynch only is a bad idea if you care whether the townies win. If you care more about not hurting feelings, you're playing the wrong game or if you think more unreliable information is a good thing, vote No Lynch.

One of my cats suggested that it might be them witches private speak for doing something nasty!

faxgirlfriend hasn't been on the site since Saturday (I checked her profile), which is before the roles were divvied out. If the thought is she is staying on the download because she was a witch, it is very unlikely that she even knows she is one.
