Yeah, Yamato and Takao have been my favorites, too, and in my opinion probably have the best-written routes. Yamato for lulz (also probably the hottest ending I've run into yet in a Voltage game), Takao for warm fuzzies (and maybe it's just me but I found the denouement of his story hilarious).

Dude, he'd fit right in with Super Junior. Seriously. So many men/boys staring with bedroom eyes.

The positioning of the fan makes a perfect lopsided hat for Mr. Sarcastic. I can't unsee and I keep giggling when I see him.

I love how Mr. Bedroom Eyes gives the most honest and helpful quips in the pink screens and agreeing that the peanut gallery is what really makes this game fun.

And Takao's pink screen makes him sound like suuuuch a yandere that I really wish there was a secret bonus route for secretly yandere Takao.

And I so totes can't choose who to vote for. I want them allllll (Pokemon!) Sarcastic, quip shooting teacher (and being able to make Dune references because spiiiiiice)! Bedroom eyes shota where everything sounds like innuendo! Living with this guy is like living with a cat (which is why he was the first route I played, that is a legit selling point for me)! Mr. Disney who will for sure make sure there's lots of innuendo and who's making a kitty face! Sweet guy who suddenly sounds like a yandere though I'm pretty sure he's not! No-really-he's-NOT-my-uncle, this card is doing a horrible time selling him but he looks like Reeve Tuesti and is in tech so I figure he's probably got an army of robotic cats!

Yes, exactly my feelings on these two routes. I also do think they are the best written out of all of them.
Yamato is just so much fun to play because of the constant bickering between him and the MC and yeah, the ending (also some other parts in the route) was really hot, so that's just another reason to love him/his route :P
And Takaos route is so sweet and heartwarming and gives you so many fuzzy feelings and I just LOVE how the relationship between him and the MC evolved and yeah .. his family is awesomesauce too :D

Also, can I just say (because I have replayed some of the routes as I was dying getting over my hangover after new years) how much I just LOVE the friendship between all the guys? It's what I love about Love Letter from Thief X too .. as much as I enjoy (and primarly play for) the relationship between the MC and the paid for chosen guy it also gives me so many good feelings to see the guys interacting with each other and teasing each other like little boys, ehehee

I really hate her ''Uncle". You should not and do not coerce somebody significantly binding/constricting without telling them anything about the agreement! It's not like the audience doesn't know what the contract is, so there's no need for that.

And yeah, Uncle's nasty habit of blackmailing the protagonist by saying he'll only help her find a job if she goes along with whatever the insanity of the particular route is made me really not like him very much.

Especially when you get to the "Working Couple" spinoff and he actually does hook her up with work... when her parents call and ask him how hooking her up with a job is going.

I was playing Yamato's epilogue and at the end, the usual Voltage ad came up, and it said Yamato's ~~SEQUEL~~ was available. It isn't, actually, but now it's a sure thing it will be in the next day or two. If it's like Russel's sequel, it'll be as long or nearly as long as the main route.

Decided to stop lurking and hop on this bandwaggon because i can tell its going to be a barrel of insanity and fun.
I LOVE Takao and Yamato's route but I'd honestly be happy with any of them because they're all just adorable, and lulz will ensure either way. I just love this game especially because there's so much interaction between all of the men that leave you with chuckles and fuzzies.

I'm happy he won the vote. Yamato's route is funnier, but Takao's is full-tilt adorable.

Also, I love how everyone immediately starts griping when you choose him. I played Ren's route first and I remember the other guys all being really encouraging about it and "congratulations, good for you, Ren" and "he's a good guy." And then pick Takao and it's NONSTOP BITCHING.

I guess it's because since Ren is really quiet and hard to get to know, they figure they need to help him make a good impression on protagonist-chan... whereas Takao's an utter sweetheart and doesn't need the help, so they feel no obligation to restrain their jealousy and they all gang up on him to give him a hard time over it. Either way, I find it hilarious how much they pick on him.

But I picked him too~ Can you share? Bedroom eyes Yuta looks like he'd be willing to share~
