My luck with food is usually in the bar, personally.

Quit warning them, I want to see their relationships as red as their blood. :)

Obviously I need to spend less time hosting this game and more on actually playing it. (It's weird though, I think I found a couple small meals in the diner once. Hmm. Maybe they changed that for the latest patches. No idea why though. Seriously, why did the devs think it was a good idea to put absolutely no food in the diner? WTF.)

(Maybe it's random, and the game simply decided to screw us?)

There's usually around ten small meals in the diner, actually, at least by my experience. This group just has no luck.

Maybe it's something silly like it being such a obvious place to keep food in that other survivors,like the mob, has already taken all the food?
...yeah I don't know either.

(I chalk it up to them just looooving to mess with us. I waited with breaching until I was starving the first time, too, and I was NOT amused.)

The only food left here is rotten... I've looked everywhere, but there's nothing. Just weapons discarded by whoever else has been here...

You shouldn't be mad at the scavengers, Jiraiya. They must be just like us, trying to survive and escape... It'd be hypocritical to be mad at them when we were going to do the same thing.
Hopefully there's still food in the store... If nothing else, there should be snacks there. Yeah, let's go breach the store.

And Amano... are you feeling any better? Now that we've been away from that factory for a bit? He's still pale... looks tired, too... I hope he isn't sick...

AFAIK meals don't spoil if you're not in the same building as them. Yeah, doesn't make sense, but I think that's it. Somebody back me up here.

If there's anything I know about the RNG (well before this game), it's that it's ALWAYS doing something to mess you up. It doesn't matter if you know it is or not, it's doing something evil to you.

RNG is friend to no one.

((I am completely okay with this. At this point Minato's inability to modify the firearm is something I find hilarious to watch read. The whole group's sniping stat is shit anyway, so I'm sticking to modifying weapons for close combat or assaulting.))

Ah... Not quite sure how that happened but - I'm fine, really. Everyone's safe, right? Nobody got hurt?

At least we have food, now... I wouldn't know what we'd have done if people started starving.
... But we've gotten way off track from our earlier plan. We could breach-search the house next to us, then... I'm curious about the factory up in the corner of the city, actually, it seems like the place most likely to have car parts. So maybe if we move onto that factory and search it fully once we've looked around the house a bit...? How does that sound?

I had to. Not all of them, but still. It's good having Anders and Fenris throwing mirrors at each other and then becoming BFFs.

If we're done searching here, it's best to keep moving. Since most of us are hungry, the the nearby store looks like a promising place to breach-search. When we're done with that place, we can breach-search the house next door in the hope of a map.

Can I combine these two suggestions into: breach-search the store and house, and then breach the NW corner factory and search it fully? Your characters are still hungry though, so I'll probably search the store until you're no longer hungry, so I don't need to bring along as much food. Will that work for you?

Thanks to Minato's failures efforts, we have an increasingly badass stash of modified weapons.



I finish searching the store and immediately move on to the house above us.



Then we assault the factory, taking down a huge bunch of zombies outside it.



All right! We breach the factory and Kikky and Minato just levelled up to Temperance Level 3, I think. Also Minato is being a klutz again. :/



We find a totally useless clue because the battery isn't one of the parts we need. Also we're AT 2 Bison Court right now, so it's like doubly useless.



Then we find the battery and brake fluid, none of which are essential to our getaway.



Princess finally gets her shit together and starts acting like one.



The factory's 100% searched. Jiraiya's hungry, but he should be fine since we have 3 snacks left. What's next?

Well... These are car parts, alright, but... I don't think we actually need any of this. No map yet, either.
And it's gotten dark... Aah, we have too many places to search! And people are getting tired and we need food again unless someone decides to cook...

We have a lot of ingredients, but we can't carry them all around like this - especially not if we go breach-search - and if we leave them behind, people will end up starving again... We should take most of our ingredients back to the factory where the car is.

After that... Maybe we should breach-search the houses on the east side of the city? If anyone gets too exhausted, let's go back to the (car) factory where we'll be safer.
... Though, come to think of it, it's not much safer than any other place right now... Maybe we should fortify it first? I can help barricade.

(Is it just me or is Amano being... a bad ass? Also, don't we leave the vehicle whenever we go somewhere? If so... is that building fortified? Or is it going to be a bitch getting back in?)
Maybe we should make a safe house soon. We'll need a place to store things and such, won't we?

I agree with Kikari's plan to take the ingredients back with us. And I'm sure Princess said that she'd be happy to take care of the cooking, so I'll either keep watch if Amanohashi is busy or get started on making that Evoker when we're back at the factory.
