That realization slowly turned to horror by the time Mary started laughing.

I am torn between slow-clapping at the magnificent betrayal made and crying forever because of Nanako and Ib.

Really? I half-expected that twist, (I didn't think it made that much sense for Ozzo to split the party after there were only three people left) but it's still all sorts of disappointing.

My headcanon: Maria and the mob take in Ib, and then they go to goddamn Starbucks to get fraps and macarons. Mary dies when the truck breaks down and is burned at the stake.

Really...? Because to me it seemed more like it personified RNG spite interlaced with the established assholery of a single character.

Nah, you can't leave town until a map is found. But once it is, it's magically accessible to all group members regardless of your actual physical locations. I know because I checked before this run even started.
