First of all, that's a GORGEOUS avatar, and second of it, I'll randomise it. ;)

Uh, I don't think anything changes. I think it's mainly there if you're using custom careers with the default randomized survivors, you won't give a career meant for a high education survivor to a low education one, stuff like that.

I'll let the RNG decide, how about that? :D
