Zelda isn't a bad choice, but if you look at the opening pages of the diary, it says specifically that Kaneda isn't adjusting well to the group, meaning that she has the worst relationships, so it might be better to focus on her first.

That leaves Waffles, who is rich, as a problem, but it should patch up things between Kaneda, Javert and Link, if I understand this right. I'm open to suggestions.

Oh, there are always zombies to snipe, but the better question is why would you want to do that? :D

Anyway, there probably aren't many zombies out and about right now since it's just the first turn, so you might want to try sniping a neighbouring building instead. Bear in mind that sniping will make noise though, and the handgun has only one sniping star. And also you only have 16 9mm rounds right now, so you might want to save that for breaching purposes.

Okay, I gave in and bought the game, and have a question: how the hell do you see how many stars a person has for investigating/assaulting/breaching? I can't seem to figure it out.

Just move your survivor to another building, and a line saying "Investigate blah blah blah" will show up in the action screen. Mouseover the word "investigate" and it'll show the stats, just like any other action. Click on "investigate" to switch it to breach or assault. Hope that helps!

I honestly thought I'd solved it by switching to Firefox for the uploads, which worked like a charm until the stupid browser wanted to update and now it's as hopeless as IE was for it. It's doubly annoying when the LP in question is so damned close to concluding.

So I found the location clue. And then every single one of my survivors got infected and died in two turns. ...Can I call bullshit on that.

As for rumors... um. I am slightly more full of hate than Zelda. I'm reluctant to use this rumor on myself since it's gone once we use it, though.

Another annoying question: is there a clue that gives you the actual address? Or is it just street/building type?

I think it only affects the magnitude of the relationship effect, in that movies are more popular than books which are more popular that articles in the local newspaper. Or something like that.
