The Library is my favourite place to make a safe-house due to it's large amount of furniture for barricading and the like and it's surrounded by buildings that are full of supplies. I might actually win for a change.

Also, re: classic mode vs road kill mode, I tallied the survivor votes and it looks like we have 1 definite vote for classic, 1 preference for road kill but don't mind either way, and the rest don't give a damn what mode they do as long as they get to fight zombies. So! We're going with classic. Just so you all know.

I am so confused as to just what is going on...

While Zelda, Link, Javert, and their two badass house pets are going on their road trip, our collective omniscient eye pans over to a neighbouring city...



Unfortunately, this group doesn't have a vehicle waiting around this town waiting to be repaired, so instead of taking the subway they'll just have to wait around for the chopper and hope it doesn't happen to be prejudiced against them.

First of all, we have Song, who's not actually a song, but a lightbulb! No, wait, she's actually a homophobic fish! A good thing she and Kaneda the Kitty wasn't in the same round together, eh?

Actions and Stats

So yeah, that's it, folks! Give me your actions and plans. I've been bad about sticking my nose in where it's not needed, so for this run I will give no advice, no prompts, nothing whatsoever. If you don't tell me to do something, I'm just not going to do it, no matter how essential it might be to your survival.

I will give you one last piece of advice though. For the love of all that is undead, PLEASE, murder Ditz and Pippysqueaky as soon as the game starts. PLEASE. I BEG OF YOU.

WELL DONE, PAST SELF. Well, I better get on it.

Since Zelda's group won in Road Kill mode and got to leave the city, I thought we'd continue their adventures in Rebuild 2, a flash game about rebuilding a zombie-infested city. We start off with five survivors (which I'll make the five survivors of Zelda's group), but we'll recruit other survivors on the way, so I thought this would be a nice way to get all the survivors from previous rounds into one game. This is going to be a mini/side LP that goes on alongside the main Zafehouse: Diaries LP. If you like, please choose a class that you want your survivor to be: Soldier, Scavenger, Scientist, Builder, and Leader. Knock Out is going to be in it too, just so you know!

Then keep everything for Breakdown only now he's a soldier!

On the subject of the new group "Amanohashi was a creepy principal" is making me laugh waaaaaay harder than it should. And I am currently in stitches over how the game has finally outdone Spar.

I will laugh so hard if Pipsquek doesn't get the Least Useful Survivor 'achievement'.

I like how I've somehow become a character in this canon. LOOK OUT FOR THE GIANT BANANA IN THE SKIES, BITCHES.

Well, when I use Caoimhe in runs I usually have her modify weapons although that can change depending on circumstances and factoring in the skills and conditions of the other survivors, modifying is her main thing though.
My secondary role for her is heavily trapping locations where we need to leave a lot of supplies at, considering how you don't need to have the survivors at a location for zombies to trigger traps in the latest version, reduces the zombies if we need to return for those supplies, she can create two to three highly damaging traps in one hour.

Anyway, I'll wait until everyone else in the run is on so I can see what way they feel like going about the first few turns.

Stealing this from Jacquelle because it's the perfect opening for our Rebuild 2: Side-LP!

The five of them run into a woman and an adorable little girl while establishing their initial base. The woman says something nasty about helicopters when asked how she got here, and the little girl does nothing but giggle. They seem relatively weak compared to our survivors, but in Logan's case that's probably because the poor woman is fatigued, injured, and starving.

Can this puny group of survivors take back the city from the zombie horde? Their fate... is in your hands.

(We'll be running this side-LP just like the main one; just give me your actions and plans and ask me if you need any information. I'll be deliberately leaving out the specifics of how the survivors from past rounds got here, so you can roleplay it however you want. Sound good? Good. :3)
