Just to be clear on this turn. I will use treatment now. A open cut is a weak point in my defense. I can't have that while I'd examine corpses.

I agree but suggest that I remain behind to create a distraction at the house and then move to the store. That way we'll draw some of the zombies away from our new setup. Since I'm the only person not injured it should be me doing the heroics.

Would you like to "make a ruckus" or "make a bonfire"? The former will attract zombies that are near the house, the latter will attract all the zombies in the town.

Won't the zombies pass by the store and maybe get drawn in if Ozzo or the others make too much noise there? I'd say just make a ruckus.

CSL wants Andrew to make a ruckus and then breach the store.
Snark wants Snark to breach the store and then treat injuries if medical supplies are found.
Ozzo wants Mary to breach the store and then search the store.
Tionivo wants Oscar to treat Oscar's wounds and then clean corpses(?).
Vide wants Vide to search for medical supplies.

Keeping track of everybody's actions has been a bit confusing for me, so here's an additional rule. Whenever you want to propose or change an action for your character, please bold them. Furthermore, if you're changing your orders, please note what you're changing your actions from. I will ignore any orders or change in orders that are not bolded.

They last a decent amount of time, but I'm not really sure about a specific duration because the manual doesn't say and I don't use distractions all that often. Making a ruckus might have an effect for several hours, while a bonfire might last for an entire day or more? Something like that. Generally, the bigger the distraction the longer it lasts and the more zombies it'll attract. Also remember that just because you're making a distraction in a building, doesn't necessarily mean that its immediate neighbours will be always be completely clear. If you make a bonfire, for instance, you can assume that the houses near the bonfire building will get swarmed by zombies too.

I have no idea what went down with the playing cards, because I don't think I marked it for trashing, but nevertheless that's a good example of what trashing an item looks like. Usually you'll get barricades and or scraps (for modifying items and making traps) out of it, but seriously, what can you do with a pack of children's card games? Absolutely nothing!

Another example of how hate-pairs can completely ruin your life!



Just look at those relationships! This is terrible!

You'll also notice that those people who are prejudiced against each other started hating each other really fast. This is because prejudices increase the magnitude of a negative relationship effect. Racists, the bunch of you.

By the way, Andrew has +1 Sharper because he started playing solitaire all by himself. Pssh, what a loner. (And yet he has the best relationships out of everybody!)



Our supplies and status. [T] means that an injury is treated. We also have 16 ingredients, 1 small meal, and 27 snacks. Your move, peeps. For some reason, apparently Mary can get treated, so I recommend that Snark continue to treat her. I usually patch up any broken limbs I have ASAP (which is quite rare because I always make sure my survivors love each other so they don't go about breaking each other's arms over some furniture), so I've never actually seen this happening before, but I'm guessing that her pain meds are about to run out and Snark needs to hold her down and shove some pills down her throat. SO YEAH, I LIED. SORRY ABOUT THAT.

Or you could just have Mary treat herself. Shouldn't be too hard to eat some pills by herself, eh?

Yup! Unless a location is already searched, then you can just breach it and get/use whatever you want.

I would have thought the fire axe counted as a weapon?

Speaking of, um, hell. Can I search the store for tools? I really want a hammer or something so I can make a barricade.

We searched almost everything and we still didn't find a clue!

Might I suggest Vide go search a nearby building? We need to limit our time spent under the same roof lest wardrobes start flying.

Also, we really should consider making preparations for a feast soon before we just hate each other to death.

And it's not even twelve hours in yet! :D

I want to go investigate the bank nearby. That'd make a nice fortress if it's not totally overrun.

Maybe one of you should reconsider? I mean, I don't have a problem with it, but having two people work together to feed a little girl her candy seems like a little overkill.

Unfortunately, we can only start one rumour every day. We'll have to wait till midnight before we can get another rumour going.

Err, I'm pretty sure you need at least one barricading tool to be able to do the job. Which we don't have right now. I mean, you can try... I just don't think you'll make much progress.

But it was fun to find a clue to help us in the house!
