The turn is ending in less than 5 hours at 8pm EST / 1am GMT. There are still no votes for sacrifice.
I won't be extending the turn, because the lack of votes is from indecision, not from absent players. Whatever votes there are at the turn end will be used to determine who gets sacrificed.

More then voted for the other person. So in some cases, 3 (2 votes for 1 person, 1 vote for another)!

Whoever has the most votes gets sacrificed.

You know, I'm watching both this and the in-game thread, yet sometimes I do get notifications, and sometimes I don't.

Kind of annoying, considering it helps me know when stuff's going down.

I know Phoenicity has been having serious internet troubles recently, but I see she was managing to view the thread 20 minutes ago. Hopefully she'll manage to get on to post before the end of the turn.

Considering that otherwise, she might get stabbity stabbed stabbed.

Funny, because now that I've posted in both threads, I'm now getting alerts from both threads.

Apparently you just stop getting alerts after so many posts come after yours?

This is going to be one of those turns where I have to pay very close attention to the clock and call a halt, isn't it?

Probably, or conveniently go do something else for ten minutes while we argue it out.

The best part of this will be when neither Phoenicity or Sarkus check back in because they thought it was a lock, and then people vote to stab Pheon and Sarkus never wakes up to go get healed so they both die anyways!

I don't get alerts unless they are specifically about my posts - such as if someone likes them or quotes them. I get an email alert with every private messages though.

There's a little "watch thread" button at the top that makes it also give you an alert when someone has posted since you last viewed the thread.

I've clicked on the 'Watch Thread', which means I'm supposed to get an alert every time someone makes a post in that Watched Thread.


Which is now happening very frequently, given recent events.

One thing that could have stopped it is if you viewed the alerts dropdown, marking the alert as read, but didn't view the thread. It wouldn't inform you of any more posts until you visited the thread again.

What happens if there's a tie, roBurky? Because I think we have one right now.

I'll use whichever state the board was in before the vote that made it into a tie, I guess. I don't want to do double sacrifices or coin flips.

I switched my vote off of Sarkus as well so it shouldn't be close to a tie anymore.

Crashing into thread right now to say my family apparently has something against me joining the Mafia. This time it was my parents who kidnapped me to celebrate the "here's to hoping the cousin in the navy will be okay where he'll be stationed at" party. I still have bits of blood and gunk stuff on my hoodie since I'd moar experience murdering things to be eaten. *crazily tries to update self on recent events*

Just realized that roBurky's daily deadline's are right around the time I commute to work, and while the tension is all a-tiggling and I can still participate, I'm not sure a phone is the best way to write the wall of text this game calls for. :P
