Chrome is blocking The Bargain Thread because it says there's malware there. I'm at page 61 (I know, it means nothing because you all have different settings), but it's the latest as of 10:46EST on 1/16/13. Is Chrome being a nervous ninny? I know at The Other Place the ads would sometimes serve up some malware, but there are no ads on BF. The Bargain Thread is usually just links, so what would set off the malware thing in Chrome (I've never actually seen it before).
I reported the offending post, it's from am embedded image in the thread redirecting to a bad site. I've also sent a message to the poster in case they see the alert before Lum.
Fixed. Please don't embed images from sketchy sites. For crying out loud you can just upload them here.
As the primary spammer contributor to the Bargain thread I wanted to point out that I always upload images to imgur, mainly because sites like Steam often use gigantic images for game screenshots but also because of the problems with hotlinking/malware. Also because Elyscape would yell at me if I hot-linked.
