Keith, I could have warned you about Keith, forevermooch. Classic Type-A tsundere. MASSIVE chip on his shoulders. Tone-deaf. (Go to the town-square instead of the food vendors, TRUST ME) He gets better though. He ended up being one of my favorites, but I'm fine with tsunderes (as if my avatar didn't give that away). He gets better from about Chapter 5 onwards.

Re: the bathroom picture. That is weird. I've been in a bathroom in Mexico in a tiny roadside gift shop in the middle of nowhere between Cozumel and the ruins at Tulum, and even it had stalls.

Of course it will. I'm pretty sure when designing his route Voltage went: That's what you think. *evil laugh*

If I may interject I actually played Keith's, Josh's, Edward's, and Roberto's routes in the gree version which I know is different then voltage yes but characters are same and Keith is still my fav character so far!

There are a number of people here from around the globe, so don't worry about English not being your first language. You'll get better with time and no one really cares about misspelling or grammar here. :P It's all good.

Yeah I'm starting to like his route... the main character keeps arguing with him and his face when she does is so hilarious XD And your grammar is fine don't worry about it~

Which, by the way, I'm sure the reason they don't have stalls is to make the whole 'I'm out of tissue, could you pass me some?' thing less awkward. Shameless plug? I think not so.

Claude lowers his eyes.

Amaya: "What?"

She stares at Claude.



Claude: "However, if he says Miss Amaya is allowed to, then perhaps he had some kind of reason to deny me."

I can think of a reason. Protip: He's just not that into you.

The low tone of Claude's voice makes Amaya feel uneasy.

Amaya: "Um, Claude. I believe Prince Wilfred was probably just trying to make me happy..."

Claude raises his head and glares at her.


Ooh, imagine how pissy he'd be if the "Wills" thing had actually gone over.



Amaya: "H-he asked me to call him that."


*snerk*

Claude: "His Highness did?"

Amaya: "Yes..."

She's stunned at how different he seems from just a moment before.

Claude: "I'm afraid the King and Queen will not be available for dinner tonight."

Amaya: (Dinner?)

As she tries to process the sudden change in subject, Claude bows.

Claude: "I shall speak with you again when it is closer to dinner time. Please excuse me."




Oh, sweetie. There's so many, many things.

Amaya: (Perhaps he doesn't like me being too friendly with Prince Wilfred, or looking after the flowers.)

Claude had looked pained when I spoke to him about the flowerpots.

Amaya: (Despite any of that, he faced me with a smile. He really is professional.)

Professionally creepy.

Claude:

1.I know you're in love with him and all but Prince Wilfred just doesn't swing that way.

2.If you had a route I'd buy it just to spite you.

This makes tons of sense now. He is so jealous that Willie enjoys Amaya's company more than his (and boy would he hate us if he knew all the (in)appropriate things we've been calling Wills) that he wants to get rid of her.

Claude's thoughts: "But I-I'm in love with Prince Wilfred. But His Highness cannot enjoy Miss Amaya's company if Miss Amaya is not around."<--his blank face
(using someone's name multiple times in the same sentence=true indicator of crazy)
"I know what I must do. For the good of the kingdom of course."<--his creeper smile

Psychotic Claude confirmed.

Valid point. And he has a fantastic personality.

Amaya and Will are the only ones eating dinner that night. Needless to say, she is feeling a bit tense.



Amaya: (Huh?)

He's using his fork to push a pile of carrots on his plate away from himself.

(I can sympathize, somewhat. I like raw carrots, but cooked ones tend to be too mushy.)

Amaya: (Doesn't he...?)

He notices her staring and looks back at her.



Amaya: (H-he doesn't like carrots...)


Cuuuuuute.

Will stands up suddenly and addresses Claude.



Wilfred: "Some wine."

Claude: "Understood."

Will turns to Amaya as Claude bows in response.

Wilfred: "Will you take some wine, Amaya?"

Amaya: "Wine?"

Wilfred: "Do you not drink?"

Amaya: "I am partial to some alcohol."

Hoo boy. At least she has some food in her stomach this time. Maybe she won't pass out, anyway.







Will sits back down. Claude glances at Amaya and then bows to Will again.

Claude: "Yes, Your Highness."

Claude fetches the wine, but as he's about to pour it into a glass, Will speaks.

Wilfred: "Claude."

Claude: "...Yes, Your Highness?"

Wilfred: "You need not do any more. Leave us now."

In case you haven't noticed yet, Will moves fast.

Not complaining, just making the observation.

Both Claude and Amaya are startled at his words.



Wilfred: "I said leave. Did you not hear me?"

Amaya: (Whoa...)



Wilfred: "I'll pour this myself."

Claude: "B-but..."

Will stays silent as Claude's expression shifts to total bewilderment. Claude bows, seeming a little flustered.

Claude: "My apologies, Your Highness. Please excuse me."

He leaves the room.

As Amaya watched Claude leave, she sees Will pouring the wine out of the corner of her eye. It's a deep ruby red.

Looking at the space where Claude had left, she asks:

Amaya: "Is that all right?"

Will smiles as he finishes pouring.



Amaya: "What?"

Wilfred: "...Not to worry about it."

Amaya: (But even so...)



Wilfred: "What's wrong?"

Amaya: "I'm sure Claude is just doing his best to take care of you..."

Amaya really is a nice person in all the routes.



Amaya: "Hung up...?"

Wilfred: "I want to enjoy this wine. Don't spoil it."

Aw, Claude's not the only one that gets jealous. :3

He places one of the glasses in front of Amaya.



The wine gives off a sweet smell as she carefully brings the glass to her mouth and sips.

Amaya: (Whoa, this is amazing!)

The wine has a fruity flavor with a slightly bitter finish. Enjoying it, she takes another sip.



Amaya: "Yes. It's delicious."

He seems pleased by her reply and nods.


Whoa. Not so expressionless now, huh?



Amaya: (It is delicious, but I am still worried about Claude.)

However, such thoughts began to stray with the wine and having Prince Wilfred's smiling face in front of me.



Amaya: (Aah, I feel as if I might say or do anything right now.)

As soon as the glass was emptied, it was filled again.

The atmosphere grew more pleasant as we drank.



You know, I think Josh said much the same thing.

Right before she PASSED OUT.

I found myself being drawn into his eyes as I responded.


Protip: Pick the carrots one for blushing, awkward Will. Do iiiiiiiiiit.

You know, if he wasn't such a creeper and jerk (especially knowing what's yet to come) I would feel really really sorry for Claude – it's clear that he feels threatened and is massively jealous of Amaya because Wills, even after such a short time, seems to favor her over him and also thinks she is more capable than Claude! Take the flowers for example .. Wills statement? I don't care who takes care of them, as long as they do their job well! Claude surely knows that Wills thinks that way and then to be denied to take care of the flowers while she gets permission to do so – well I would take it as a smack in the face too if I thought that I just wasn't good enough while that girl that just came here is! Then there's his worry that Amaya could threaten Wills right to the throne. So yeah, I guess I can kind of understand where he is coming from but that is NO excuse for the shit he says and does on this route – I am not a very forgiving person so maybe that's just why I can't get over some of the things I know will come out of his mouth and the things he does.

It's really a shame since I also think he is rather pretty - though I think both Zain (who is the most attractive butler and more attractive than most of the princes by the way) AND Luke (maybe it's that hair :P) are way prettier than him .. don't know. I would still romance him given the chance because, first of all, I tend to romance everyone that's available in these games and second because maybe he would be less of a jerk if he would get himself a girl? Dunno .. maybe Voltage will release the butler spin-off one day and we get to find out *fingers crossed*

B. Because A sounds kind of wrong for some reason...it seems like she's questioning him and being ungrateful. So random topic swap go!

Yay - getting drunk with Wills (they should make a spin-off like that! Getting drunk with the princes or something like that - maybe see which of the princes can handle his wine the best and which gets drunk first, hehehe :D).. well there are worse ways to spend the evening. (And look at that laughing face .. if I wasn't in love before, I would be now) I wish I could get drunk with a prince of my own *sigh* Moving on ..

Definitely voting for B! Because whenever there is a chance to see Wills akward AND blush we shall see that as the one and only choice and take it, ha. I mean look at his blushing face - who wouldn't wanna see more of that whenever the chance is given? :D
