So far he has: Eevee, Rattata, Spearow, and Sandshrew (where the hell did he get a sandshrew?!).
GOGOGO. And feel free to pick their genders too though I think Eevee is supossed to be female but since no remake of Yellow was made we may NEVER KNOW.

You can catch a Sandshrew in the grass outside Mt. Moon as well.

I'm pretty sure you're right. It's technically the grass near the exit rather than the grass near the entrance, which is where Jigglypuff can be found. In Red version, you'd find Ekans in this area instead.

Also, can I ship Charles/Melanie in addition to Charles/Gary? I like that you gave her the same name as the lady who gave Ash the Bulbasaur in the anime and their interactions together were adorable.
