Dude, I've seen some screens of Saya no Uta and... well. It's pretty much a gorier Silent Hill.
Since I haven't played it I can't tell if it's really that disturbing, but the screen shots look rather okay to me. Disgusting, sure. But not puke-inducing or anything.
