There's something I'm dying to know, and since there are many Les Mis lovers in this forum I'll ask here: I watched just now the performance of the cast at the Oscars, and it was amazing, but I wonder if the actor that played Grantaire (Blagden?) was there too? ç__ç

I didn't see Grantaire. He may have been there, however I don't think so because MacFarlane announced the names of everyone that would be performing before the commercial break. Enjolras was there, but given that Grantaire was way under-represented in the movie, I don't think so. Was there no Gavroche either? I didn't see him.

I'd never heard of the actress that played Eponine before, but man, she is just incredible. I am also oh-so-happy that they did a mashup of each actor's songs with One Day More. It was seriously the highlight of the show.

It is quite possible since the Father is crazy enough to coexist with being Yandere AND Tsundere. Kinda like having split personalities except he's aware of both of them.

Depends on how we record really. Simplest way would be to record separately, but it's harder to harmonize that way unless we have everything down. But how would we record ourselves singing together?

Which version? I'll use the one MariPanda linked, I suppose. What are the lyrics you'll be using? I've been looking around and there are different lyrics.

Isn't the music the same? And as long as you're wearing headphones while you're singing, you could listen to any track or vid and still record just you.

I found at least two versions, PARAdoxial:

There's the one Jayn performed (the original, although my link goes to Una, who did a cover of it). The first line for Ib's part is "Searching in the dark, Scared, I'm on my own..."

There's also MariPanda's link to the one Minty performed (this version has lyrics by Minty, I believe). The first line for Ib's part is "Come melody, lure me into sleep..."

Mumble lets you record conversations (or singing, yes), and I'd be floored if it were the only voice chat program that does so. Quality might not be what you'd want, though.
