So, Ben and Leslie were hosting that party at April and Andy's, right? Because there was both a distinct lack of hardwood and a fundamentally different architecture. Oh, and the whole place was completely furnished a week after closing the lease.
I thought it looked like April and Andy's place. Also, the fact that Champion was there really only makes sense if it's at their place. You don't really bring your dog to an engagement party.
So I thought there were only two more episodes of this show ever, but it looks like there might actually be... thirty-three or more? If I'm reading that link right it's saying this will be a full order after all and probably a sixth season? Too good to be true?
Just one more season so far. I'd say let this one run as long as the Office and I'd be happy, but I doubt they'll do that.
It was incorrectly reported last spring that P&R had been picked for only 13 episodes, like Community and 30 Rock. It was a 22-episode renewal for this year. And yes, P&R is outperforming all the other sitcoms in NBC's anemic lineup save The Office, so it appears almost certain to get a sixth season. There's also a feeling inside NBC that momentum is finally starting to build for the show and it's finding its audience. They're killing it with some very important demographics.
I so want Andy to be a cop. But I guess giving out free money is second best. Maybe a cop who gives out free money?
Quoted for the motherfuckin' truth. That wedding episode could have been a series finale and I would have been fine with that. I've said it before, but I really hope more people discover this awesome, awesome show.
Never! But seriously, I did appreciate both this and the previous wedding episode for being mid-season plot developments rather than Big Climactic Finales.
Apparently tomorrow's episode is going to feature an epic, impromptu filibuster by comedian Patton Oswalt. BEHOLD!
