Oh, that one was part of Muir's infamous "Roosevelts Saga", in the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting, when Muir was in one of his "well, let me show you how these things ought to go down..." moods. I can't be bothered to chase down all the strips right now, but basically we learn that you should always be armed and ready to react in 'urban' neighbourhoods, it's okay if you assault them first if it's in a slapstick comedy manner, women/liberals can't defend themselves, it's possible to shoot just to wound instead of kill, a calm, cool, conservative male hero shooting from the shadows will save the day, and you can keep the loot you find on the people you assault as a reward. It was glorious.

BUT, very specifically, Day By Day is completely incomprehensible. My eyes literally slide off it and my brain stops all cognitive processing and just says "What?"
