I see it in monkeys more often than anything else, but most recently I saw it in owls.

So here's something I've noticed about these Clinton cartoons: on both sides, they all take pains to get the outfit right. I don't remember this kind of care being taken in any other case. Why is this happening, and what does it mean? I'm tempted to say it's because she's a woman but there are other women in politics and I haven't noticed this phenomenon before. Is it because she's Hillary Clinton? If so, why is it even the case among cartoonists on her side? Is it just that it's a really sharp outfit? Perhaps.

I think it's because the pantsuit is really associated with her now.
