In the style of A Good Cartoon, however: Ramirez is a genius. He presents a trick question ("both" being the right answer) while incorporating layers of irony. A and B are causally connected, given that those who choose B cause A through inaction on climate change as well as making B self-fulfilling. In his parody of denial idiocy he masterfully exposes the self-destructive irony at the heart of climate denial. A good cartoon.

The guy on the left found a job because he lives with 3 roommates and doesn't mind delivering pizza as a career and not having health insurance. The guy on the right, with his college degree, wife and kids, is collecting unemployment and maxing out his credit cards while he continues to look for a job in his chosen field of study that will provide basic health care coverage for his family and a livable wage. A Good Cartoon.
