You're right, I just realised that "really" and "truth" are both red so that the answer is explicit. Nothing like assuming your readers are incapable of using critical thought to decide between the answers "A" and "B". In the style of A Good Cartoon, however: Ramirez is a genius. He presents a trick question ("both" being the right answer) while incorporating layers of irony. A and B are causally connected, given that those who choose B cause A through inaction on climate change as well as making B self-fulfilling. In his parody of denial idiocy he masterfully exposes the self-destructive irony at the heart of climate denial. A good cartoon.
