For those interested the Headstart program is, in no way, "an abject failure", nor did the report say that (though the version from the motherfucking Heritage foundation might have) It, basically, says the program doesn't go far enough, isn't supported enough to do everything that needs to be done but would be if better supported. Basically "starve the beast" in action.

Why? I think it's pretty good actually. I've often said that Obama looks like a cross between Homer Simpson and a gorilla, is purple, and has an ocarina for a nose. He's a very distinctive-looking man.

Of all the (many, legitimate) criticisms of Obama's "murder anyone suspicious on foreign soil with drones" policy, Rall's "lol war sends Americans to die for no good reason" argument has got to be the...weirdest.
