Do we still complain about labels here? If so, thank God Ra for that "Egypt" label on the Egyptian Sarcophagus depicting the Egyptian Pharaoh with the Egyptian Hieroglyphs containing the Egyptian Mummy.

"The Outburst of Everett True" was a comic strip that ran from 1905 until 1927 who's sole defining trait was that he kicked the ever loving shit out of everyone (but his wife) for even the minorest infractions such as ogling a woman's ankle on a street corner or slurping soup or using slang. He would literally punch a man out of his shoes for not taking off his hat.
And here he is, over 100 years ago, showing more compassion and empathy than most of these Right Wing shill cartoonists combined. Not a political comic but, I thought, relevant.

Political cartoons have always been a guilty pleasure of mine. I used to go to Slate every few months and binge-read all of theirs, but this thread provides the perfect tasting menu of the best, the worst and the aggressively blah. Thanks, Otterloop!
