Yeah Bahim, I think that was talked about earlier in the thread. It's absolutely fucking nuts and almost seems like an intentional attack to shut the postal service down.

It's SOP for the GOP at this point. Actively contrive to break the functionality of government--even when it was functioning just fine, as was the USPS--and then hold that up as proof that the government cannot function.
