And yes, Tatsuki's sex scenes are handled a lot better than Kouya's. Mainly because they're quiet.

So I wound up playing this because of MUL (srsly this is all your fault qurl) and at some point I managed to die. Because I self-destructed a plane.

The first route I did was the tanuki route and it was the most. awkward. thing. ever. But one of the CG's was actually kinda cute (and actually SFW!).

Kouya's route is wonderful, but I agree that those sounds come straight out of Hell and should be eradicated. I hope you enjoyed the rest of the game, at least!

I just wanna say that I generally really dislike 69 scenes (yeah, sorry if that's a spoiler). Regardless of your feeling about the actual position, it's really, really hard to make this look attractive. I dunno why it's such a staple of every porn game to have a 69 scene. I always skip them, it's just ends up squicky for me (literally, it always sounds like someone running around with wet rubber boots. Japan, this is not how sex sounds. I really wonder about you people sometime.)

Kyouya's second scene is slightly better. Honestly tho, considering the scenes come like at the end of the game, and are about 2 minutes long, I can really cite them as the main attraction, so it's surprising they seen so off handed. A proper porny game gives you a rauncy scenes about 2 hours into the game, at the latest. Everything ever made by Sugar Beans is an excellent example. In those cases, the game's pitch is "sexy time with cute boys" so they gotta deliver. Morenatsu is more about FEELZ and ~*~FRIENDSHIP~*~, to the extent that the romance part only comes into play during the final quarter of the game or something. That's definitely a new approach.

It's terrible from the get go. First or second scene with you is Hiroshi considering stealing his underwear. It gets worse.

I mean this game is awesome because there are so many body styles (fat, fit, thin, whatevs) but WHY DO THERE HAVE TO BE SHOTAS.

The thing with Shun is that he's an alright kid, but Hiroyuki's personality changes so drastically once you pick his route that it just isn't fun anymore. The main character becomes a manipulative pervert and there's nothing you can do about it.

I have a feeling Soutarou's route will be better. He's a bit more mature than Shun where personality is concerned, at least.

I did notice that Protag had really different personalities in the different routes. He was quite the jerk IMO during the tanuki route, and is really sensitive and kind during Kyoya's. The last thing I want is for Protag to turn into a pedo Tatsu-nii.

Soutarou's route isn't out yet; I think you're talking about Shun's route. I say 'I think' because I have eradicated all memory of playing it from my mind.

And this is why it's important to have a head writer who overlooks all of the scripts to make sure there are no inconsistencies.

I would just like to point out that Shun's route (GODDAMN MY COMPLETIONIST HEART) is the worst route, not only in content, but in translation.

There are grammatical errors all over the place, spelling errors, and there will often be dialogue boxes that are one letter long. I know that's because of the way translating games works, but there are ways to prevent that from being the case because it's ridiculous.

Shun is only a year younger than your character... I don't see the problem... Even the game over exaggerates it... That said I'm surprised the Tiger's route wasn't one of the first done. They practically lead you toward that one. I've done Kouya's and Shun's so far.

The problem is that Shun has the mentality of a young child and the protagonist is taking advantage of that in a disgusting manner.

Shun's route is just a disaster. If they'd taken their time to build his character and give him an interesting arc, he'd be alright, but right now it's just...bleh.

I like how Hiroyuki is creeped out by Tappei on Tatsu-nii's route when he himself pulls off worse shit during Shun's route. I mean, come on, the first day is all about Hiroyuki trying to steal Shun's underwear while he's swimming.

And yeah, Mul, the fanart for Morenatsu is amazing once you get past all of the porn. The doujins are great, too.

Aaaaaaahh Morenatsu. I found out about this around five? four years ago, when a furiously passionate friend of mine showed me some Juuichi art. I wanted to play it because dayumn I was curious but I think it either wasn't in english at the time, or I failed at google. The husky has always looked really cool, so I guess I'll just hop right in.

It was part of Morefuyu, a sort-of-sequel to some routes in the game. This particular comic was about Torahiko embarking on a quest to find out who Hiroyuki got with that summer, and as they're driving back from a Christmas party, they're lamenting that they never ended up finding the culprit. Then that happens, and it turns out Tappei was Hiroyuki's boyfriend all along. Best ending ever..

It also has The Reasons for the Future, which had the canon Tatsuki epilogue with him building a flying house for Hiroyuki after they marry.
