    Hall of Fame

    Total War Shogun 2 - 152.4 hours
    Civilization V - 134 hours
    Skyrim - 110 hours

Shogun 2 and Civ V are regular multiplayer games for me, with one of them getting played for about three hours a week for the past year or so. Skyrim was effing SKYRIM people of course I played it to exhaustion.

    Next highest - Fallout 3, 23.7 hours.

Games That Would Be A Lot Higher Had I Played Them Through Steam

    Civilization IV
    Oblivion
    Company of Heroes
    Europa Universalis III

    Hall Of DON'T JUDGE ME

    XCOM (1.1 hours) - I SWEAR I'm starting it tonight in single-player.

    Hall of Shame

Machinarium (0.3) - Got stuck on puzzle 4. Decided to play Botanicula instead.
    Dogfighter (0.3) - Don't care.
Sengoku (0.4) - I should really get back to this one. I love the era and the game type.
Gratuitous Space Battles (0.4) - This deserves more than twenty minutes of my time.
Guardians of Graxia (0.4) - This does not.

I was surprised to discover that the only game that Steam lists at more than 100 hours for me is Borderlands 2. Borderlands 1 SHOULD be on that list too, but it's a victim of lost time. Skyrim, Fallout: NV, and Mount and Blade Warband are honorable mentions with 60+ hours each.
  3. Hanacker Armchair Designer

Eh, it's not a bad game. I put 6.2 hours into it and don't regret it.

In case nobody's mentioned it yet, IIRC Ubi patched and yanked all their bullshit DRM out. UPlay is still totally a shit launcher however, and the steam version of Anno 2070 last time I checked was botched and lacked an installer file you had to get from someone else online to make the damned thing start. But I have wasted SO much time in Anno, and it's not even a genre I like!

Great topic. I'm extremely guilty of tons of games with low playtime. Of my 293 titles, NONE exceed 100 hours. Here's some sampling of my data:

    Hall of Fame (100+ hours)
    (crickets)

    Honorable Mention (50-99 hours)
    Skyrim - 99.6
    Assassin's Creed Brotherhood - 91.1
    Mass Effect 2 - 73.3
    Assassin's Creed 2 - 67.1
    Divinity 2 - Dragon Knight Saga - 65.9
    Dragon Age - 56.3
    Deus Ex 3 -50.5

Games I should play but haven't (<5 hours)
Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising - 3.3
    Legend of Grimrock - 2.6
    Rayman Origins - 2.6
    Fallout New Vegas - 2.5
    Dead Island - 2.0
    Just Cause 2 - 1.7

Strangely, there's a lot of games that don't register any time that I know I've play at least a little - Bulletstorm, Half Life 2, to name a few.
  6. CSL Despondent Fancybear

    Football Manager 2010 - 281 hours
    Football Manager 2012 - 277.7 hours
    Hegemony Gold - 171 hours

    The time sinks:
    • Defense Grid: The Awakening 258.9 hrs I love this game. The only game ever I actually unlocked every achievement on.
    • Plants vs. Zombies: Game of the Year 220.8 Great game - a lot of those hours are Alt-tabbed out waitin on my Zen Garden to grow.
    • Empire: Total War 199.7 I actually only played this for an hour. Perhaps I left it on and went out of town?
    • King Arthur - The Role-playing Wargame 191.3 I am one of about 3 people who enjoy this game. The sequal was terrible.
    • Dragon Age: Origins 189.9 I will play this again some day.
    • Sid Meier's Civilization V 150.3 Played mostly at launch, need to go back and enjoy the DLC.
    • Mount & Blade: Warband 144.5 I have yet to "finish" a game. Generally get annoyed with the mess of political relationships. Still fun to hit NPCs in the head with a mace.
    • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim 137.0 Played obsessivly for a few weeks.

    Honorable mentions:
    • Tropico 4 85.8
    • FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage 80.3 hrs on record
    • Warhammer® 40,000™: Dawn of War® II
    • Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition 69.9 I liked it so much I have 2 copies (actually the steam sale was cheaper than buying expansions).
    • Torchlight 69.8
    • Tropico 3 - Steam Special Edition 64.3
    • The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition 58.3

    Games I regret buying
    • King's Bounty: Crossworlds 79.3 I despise the endgame on this one, never finished it.
    • King Arthur II - The Role-playing Wargame 39.2 I tried so hard to like it, but this is horrid.
    • Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY Edition 6.3 hrs I am one of 3 people who don't like this game.
    • The Path 1.0 Never again will I buy a game that was discussed on NPR.
    • Grotesque Tactics: Evil Heroes 0.5 Somewhere on the internet is the person who reccomended this. I will find that person some day.

Things I really need to play, play more, play again on Steam. I forgot owning most of these.
    • Costume Quest 0.6
    • Fallout: New Vegas
    • Psychonauts
    • Trine 2

    My 50+ hour games

    Skyrim - 163 hours

I preferred Fallout, but only have about 75 hours on that. I think it's just that I had more free time when I was playing Skyrim.

    Mass Effect 2 - 130.5 hours

Not quite sure how I got it so high. That's two and a half runs. I think I've actually spent more time in both the original and the third one where I have completed three runs. This is due to my renegade run running out of steam mid-way through 2.

    Supreme Commander 2 - 70.1 hours

Comp stomping with my brother. Great times.

    Civilisation V - 62.3 hours

I own IV but have never got around to playing it.

    Section 8 Prejudice - 56.1 hours

I stopped just as soon as I hit level 85 where you finally get all your points. I fucking hate levelling systems in multiplayer. Bloody good fun though, but never gained any sizeable community.

Games that would probably have been on there had time played been around earlier or worked for other services

    Counter-Strike
    Counter-Strike: Source
    Unreal Tournament
    Unreal Tournament 2003
    Quake
    Quake II
    Quake III
    Total Annihilation

    Mass Effect 3
    Dragon Age
    Baldur's Gate
Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn
    Fallout 3
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
    Delta Force
    Galactic Civilisations II
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War: Dark Crusade
