Well, that sure is a tie.

Oh yeah, also, if the judge decides and there are already votes for that person, then the first person to vote for lynching them will do the stabbing. If there AREN'T votes for who the judge decides to lynch it will be randomly chosen by me. I'll Mod-Cheese it to make sense.

I was trying not to look wishy-washy, but I doubt Jordan's going to vote for himself, and any lynch is better than none.

I'm sure Gryff went to bed, and won't change his vote. Huh. Is the judge revealed when he chooses? if not i'd rather he choose than we lynch Gryff.

Anabanana looks toward Jordan, snorting a bit. "This is what happens when you try to be diplomatic in an emergency. We need decision makers around here," she says as she leans down to pick up the Kīla Dagger off the coffee table.

Jordan's face falls, "What? I was just trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt! I've just been trying to be nice! There is enough evil in the world without me adding to it. I've always been a lucky guy and I just try to do onto others as they've done onto me… at least until now."

Everyone stands in stunned silence, knowing what must be done. Matthew, Ozzo, and Maniskumquat grab Jordan before he got the chance to run for it and force him toward the coffee table the knife had been sitting on. Jaquelle clears it off to give the group space to lay Jordan on it.

Sweating and nearly mad from fright, Jordan continues to fight futilely against his captors. Anabanana lifts the blade into the air, one of its edges glinting as it catches the light.

"Monster or not, we'll find out in a second," she says right before she brings the dagger down. Just before the tip of the knife reaches skin it slips out of Anabanana's hands, falling on the floor with an almost too heavy THUD. Jordan, still believing he is at death's door, gasps before realizing he wasn't done in just yet.

"Well, that's a hell of a thing," Anabanana says with confusion as she goes to pick up the blade again

"What was that!?" Maniskumquat chimes in. "That didn't look natural."

"No it didn't," Ananbana adds as she grasps the handle of the dagger. She attempts to lift but to no avail. The blade is stuck to the ground by some kind of mystical force. Others also try to retrieve it, but with no better luck.

"It-- it doesn't want to kill me!" Jordan exclaims. "I told you, I told you I wasn't one of them!" The group holding Jordan down begin to lift their grip on him. He stands, brushing himself off, his faculties returning to him. "I'm the luckiest bastard in the world!"

He then proceeds to do a little victory dance that involves popping and locking.

There will be no lynch on day one. Jordan was the Lucky Bastard.

You can comment about this briefly but then we will head to the night phase. I'll mail out what I need from you as it goes on and as soon as we get through all the business we will reveal the NK (If there is one) and head into DAY TWO.

I can't decide if I'm happy or disappointed. At least now we have 2, maybe 3, definite townies.

Fuck, man. If you weren't a monster, why'd you argue for the fuckin dumb thing?

Anyway, at least we all know that Jacquelle and Jordan are both fuckin human. And I know I'm human. Good enough to start on.

"Ah jeez, that was too close..."

Stepping away from Jordan, Ryutaro fumbles with one hand in his jacket pocket.

"Don't wait for me. I've got to light up."

Tome slumps against the wall.
Zis is so trying. I vork 50 hours a veek and never have I felt so fatigued.

I love how we pretty much ended up with a no-lynch, which jordantigers was voting for in the first place.

Not even fuckin close.

Aaron peels himself away from the wall and begins pacing.

We know something we didn't before, yes we fuckin' do. We know that he's not a monster. Know, not think. Course, he and Jacquelle, one of 'em is gonna fuckin die tonight, cause the monsters know too.

He reaches down to where his pocket would be, then realizes he's in his pajamas.

Well, fuck.

He glances at his hand, notices the flask, and takes another drink, then wipes his blade clean with whiskey and a swipe of his shirt.

But don't the monsters already all know who each other are? Why would they kill us, who have no powers for them, and not attempt to kill a doctor or Van Helsing?

Oh yeah, I do realize that we're better off than before in terms of information. I just find it amusing that nobody actually died, which is the result we would've gotten if we went with a no-lynch, as jordantigers suggested.

Aaron takes another drink.

Fuck, I shouldn't have said anything. Maybe the monsters will make a fuckin mistake, y'know? So fuck it. I dunno.

Are we waiting for more people to comment before moving on into night, or do you have a set time?

DAY TWO

As agreed everyone meets at The Enchanted Arms public TV room in the morning. It has… A TV, a fridge with some moldy bread, a counter with a microwave on it (not that it works properly), a crumpled couch, a torn La-Z-Boy and one window with blinds. The room fills up pretty quickly, but... someone is missing. Who is missing?

Jacquelle peers out the blinds into the crappy section of The Bronx The Arms calls a home when suddenly a flash of color flies by, joined by a scream. The noise catches everyone's attention and the group runs to open the window to poke their heads out. Realizing that the view isn't great Jordan suggests heading to the street to check it out.

A couple of minutes later after many pairs of feet ran down the crowded staircase to the street it was obvious who Jacquelle had seen flying by the window. Only he wasn't flying, he was falling and now he was a splatter on the pavement. The only thing everyone didn't recognize was a white coat they hadn't seen him wear before.

soundlyParanoid - Human Doctor - is dead.

A few of the tenants throw a tarp over soundlyParanoid's vissage and bring him to the incinerator as to not draw any further attention to the building. Then everyone heads back to the TV room.

The first person to speak after all this early morning horror is Gryff, "..." Or at least he TRIED to speak. Gryff attempts to speak again, "..." He grasps his throat and opens his mouth again, "..."

Gryff has been silenced for Day Two

He said that Gryff was a townie, and in that looks like he was right. Aight.

He threw his vote for fuckin KWhit. Decent reason, but shallow, ya know? And a monster mighta decided to take out Paranoid knowing that we might knock off KWhit after.

Fuck.

This was his reason for voting for me. What's crazy was the vote he put on me exactly matched the reasoning he gave that mead him suspicious of me.

In other words, he he "conveniently parked his vote on someone who isn't going to defend themselves but won't get lynched."

Kind of weird reasoning there, but we know he was a good guy. So yes, I'm thinking the monsters are trying to set me up.
