Bad men making Mirai angry? We must think of a way to chase them off! I say B since we don't know if this is a situation for the police. We might end up looking like an idiot if we just jump to the conclusion that we need the police. So just to be safe...

With A, I wouldn't had even told them I was going to call the police, I would have already had my phone out with the operator on the other end.
With B, I would probably come up with some lie about coming to help the kids get to sleep or something and make them leave you are disterbing the kids.
