I thought to myself, "I could just post a bunch of pictures of lop bunnies, but that would be CHEATING." Then I decided to cheat anyway:

Elyscape, that looks like a ball of yarn with a beak and a couple of feathers. I think it would get mad if I tried to knit it into a hat though...

I went looking for cute Christmas pictures for my daughter's PC and found these:

I only know the animals that were in Viva Piñata. WHY WERE THERE NO FLUFFY ALPACAS. They could have named it "Caramalpaca" and it could dance around the garden and go to parties with a sombrero. And it would be fluffy and I would pet him and name him George.

If this had been a thing, I would have been able to genuinely enjoy that show.

    Show?

Viva Piñata ran on 4Kids for a while every Saturday morning. It was funny at first and then it got annoying and grating fast, especially at the end since none of the characters were enjoyable after they got ridiculously flanderized. I know there was a video game for it but I never played it.

And then some PREDATOR would come into your garden and EAT IT while you weren't looking and break your heart.

/me may still be scarred from a fox eating her very first bunny pinata, which she had named after her pet bunny. </3

EDIT: This is not to say that game wasn't awesome, BECAUSE IT WAS.

It was awesome.. not that I played the shit out it, I swear! And I never had issues raising some animals because the requirement for them was feeding them other cute animals.
  36. shift6 Magister Mundi Elyscape

Never watched the show, I was referring to the video games.

I didn't mind the pinatas living the circle of life by occasionally feasting on each other. One big turn-off in VP2 though was having the Professor coming down the mountain once a day no matter what since there was no totem to keep him out of the garden as there was for all other sours. Plus it felt like there was less space in the garden. And while I liked the ideas of various terrains (regular, desert, ice) the implementation seemed slapdash somehow.

Foxes were definitely one of my least favorite though. Jerks.

I preferred VP2, really, I just made sure to buy the fake pinata item for the Professor to beat on instead. There were a couple of things in VP2 (like being able to forbid certain pinata visitors after mastering them, so NO MORE MURDERFOXES wandering in to kill everything) that I liked so much, I couldn't really see myself going back to the first one. And I didn't mind the Circle of Life really, it just struck me as sort of fucked up for a game that I'm pretty sure was aimed at kids. :P

Alpaca hair is great for knitting.

Yes, I know I keep bringing up knitting in this thread. But... yarn has to come from somewhere... :D
