I like that I can tell when a new LPer is peeking out into the forum at large, because I get a bunch of likes from shit I posted months ago, and it's NOT from a LP I commented on. <3

I like that we can just use the 'like' button instead of posting 'I AGREE!' It means I tend to only post when I actually have something worth saying. Clearly, though, that is not the only extant posting philosophy on the forum...

I like that the threshold for me doing a "QTF" has increased greatly now that I can like stuff.

I agree! Although I also use it as a "Thanks" button, and in fact I have seen it labeled that way on some other forums (mostly those that function as support or hobbyist forums, now that I think of it).

I've said it before, but I love the transparency of moderation here. If something happens to get the mods involved, those involved know exactly why the mods cracked down on them, and what will be done. Considering some of the moderation bullshit I've seen on other sites lately, I'm just happy we have such awesome, down to earth admins here.

I am actually putting together a LP of Buck Rogers: Countdown to Doomsday. It's harder work than I expected.

LPs are SRS BSNS, man. They're a huge commitment you will end up ignoring for several weeks before remembering you have one going on.
