I was just thinking that regardless of what every romance genre says, I have never been ordered to 'Get out of those wet clothes' by anyone, and I've been alive for a long time. Seriously, I don't mean just by romanceable people, I don't think my mom has ever said that, and I've been caught in the rain/snow a lot. Is it because I have common sense and wet clothes suck, or do people just not say that in real life?

It's happened to me once. I was (really) young and stupidly stood on a log I thought was frozen to the local pond... it wasn't. I fell in and my mom had to fish me out and get me out of my soaking wet clothes in the middle of the woods in winter so I didn't die of hypothermia.

Ivan: "I wonder what the king and Melchiorre would say if they say us like this."

Knowing those two, they'd probably wonder why you hadn't gotten to second base yet.

Amaya: "I had no idea you could make jokes, Ivan."


In other words, he wasn't actually joking when he made that suggestion they hold each other. He passed it off as a joke because he's a gentleman and he's controlling himself.



Amaya: "So you get nervous sometimes?"

Ivan: "No man could stay calm in a situation like this with a young woman."

Amaya: "......"

Ivan: "......"

Amaya: "N-no, it's okay! I don't want you to catch a cold! And...It's warmer when you're close like this."

Ivan: "That's fine, then."

Amaya's arm is hot where it's touching his, and she realizes it's not just from her body heat. She tries to distract herself by listening to the storm, but it's even worse than before and just makes her more worried.

Ivan notices, and reassures her that these kind of storms don't last long in his experience. This leads Amaya to ask if he's been working at the palace for a long time.



Ivan: "He's always been a free spirit, so he was hard to deal with. Maybe it's his genes that make the princes as lively as they are. Lord Alvah kept running away from his lessons."

Amaya: "Haha, that sounds like Prince Alvah all right."

Ivan: "What were you like as a child, Miss Amaya?"

Amaya: "Me? I was a normal kid, but..."

Ivan: "You went to school and played with your friends?
She nods.

Amaya: "I can't believe a commoner like me is living with princes now. Back then I thought they only existed in fairy tales."

Ivan: "Fate can be a strange thing."

Amaya: "Long ago I wished a prince would appear in front of me."



Ivan: "That's a nice dream."

Amaya: "Feel free to laugh. It was back when I was a kid anyway."

Ivan: "No, not at all. You're a fine woman so it may come true someday."

Amaya: "You think so? I doubt any of the princes here would say that..."

She heads to breakfast and finds the princes already there, eating. Ivan isn't there, either.


And I'd like to see you not be a bitch for once. I guess we're both destined to be forever disappointed.

Melchiorre: "It's only natural, since she only came home this morning."

Alvah: "This morning?!"

Amaya: "Prince Melchiorre! Please don't make it sound so weird!"

Melchiorre: "It's the truth, isn't it?"

Amaya: "I definitely came back before dawn!"

Melchiorre: "Haha, don't get so mad. It'll make me want to tease you more."

Amaya: "Geez..."

And this is why Melchiorre is my second favorite prince. We could hang out and take turns trying to make people flustered and/or blush. :3

I think I may have a mild sadistic streak.

Jun's not too bad as a side character in Ivan's route. I just have a suggestion for anyone that buys the Alvah-Jun package: play Jun's route first, because you will HATE him in Alvah's route.



The other princes agree with Nagit: Ivan doesn't get sick.


Which, to me, means that he could be really sick. People who don't get a good cold every year or two tend to get knocked on their ass when they finally do catch something.

Amaya: (But now he has a cold...)
